Located in Dubai Technopark, this project compromises the extension of the headquarters for the market leader in cable, wiring and cable management in Dubai.

The existing warehouse for large drums is supplemented by a new state of the art warehouse for optimized storage of smaller components. A showroom displaying the various products and solutions is added overlooking the central courtyard between existing and new warehouse.

Designed end to end for customer satisfaction and the highest of product delivery standards in the region. The front end contains a fulfillment center / offices to create a presence on the street. The warehouse design is specific to certain products, but racking, etc. to allow future adaptation and flexibility.

The warehouse volume is higher in scale for optimized racking.

A screen features offers a visual connection of warehouse 1.0 and 2.0, unifying the height variance, warehouse façades, landscaping, etc.
